The Benefits of the HZR1200

Maximum Capacity, Built for Results

The HZR1200 combines strength, scale, and control in one fully integrated package. Its robust structure and extended feed force allow it to bore through the most demanding formations while maintaining precise alignment. With up to 950 kN of feed force and 120,000 Nm of torque, it’s capable of handling extreme bore profiles with confidence.

Reliable in the Harshest Conditions

From bedrock to boulders and soft backfill, the HZR1200 has been proven in large-diameter installations worldwide. Whether used for high-capacity pipelines, conductor barrels for HDD, or critical crossings, it delivers consistent performance even when project conditions shift unexpectedly. Its modular extensions and reinforced frame make it adaptable across various site setups.

The PP205 Power Pack for HZR1200

The PP205 is a heavy-duty diesel power pack engineered to match the performance demands of the HZR1200. With high-pressure hydraulic circuits, integrated air compression, and remote control functionality, it keeps the system running efficiently even on extended bores. Its modular setup and rugged housing ensure easy deployment and reliable output on demanding sites.

Wide range of drilling equipment

HZR1200 is supported by a full range of tooling, including pilot bits, ring bits, DTH hammers, augers, and large-diameter hole openers. The system is designed to allow fast tool changes and minimal downtime, giving contractors the flexibility to respond to varied geology and installation requirements with a single machine.
